The service here is so excellent I don't shop around any more. I actually bought two engagement rings here (my own and a friend from out of state, since it's better than anything near Pittsburgh). Very highly recommended!
Excellent service and communication. Visiting the store feels like visiting old friends. They just helped me design a set of earrings for my wife and then custom made them for me and they turned out beautiful. I’ve also purchased 2 Rolex watches there now and will be purchasing more in the future. Special thanks to Matt and Harvey. I’m very glad that they’ve become my new jeweler.
I brought a diamond ring that belonged to me wife's Grandmother in for repair. The ring was in pretty bad shape. A very nice young man named Brian assisted me. The folks who work here are all friendly and eager to help. The ring was repaired in a timely fashion. I was amazed at what these folks accomplished. They took this old diamond ring and made it look new. I am very glad I chose Fox Jewelers to repair this ring. Thank You everyone who works there. You all made this experience a joy.
