Bent Bottom Shank

If you notice a bent bottom shank, it may have occurred due to lifting heavy weights while wearing your ring, hitting something too hard, or engaging in strenuous work. If this happens, bring your ring to N. Fox Jewelers for assessment and repair

Ring Stuck on Your Finger

If your ring becomes stuck on your finger, seek assistance from N. Fox Jewelers. We will carefully cut a small section off using a ring cutter inserted between the bottom of the ring and your finger. Once cut, you can gently pull the ring apart and remove it over your knuckle. Afterward, inquire with our team about the cost of repairing the missing piece of metal.

Loose Side Stones

If you discover any loose side stones, bring them to our team to have the prongs or metal surrounding them tightened.

In-Store Jewelry Maintenance

To ensure thorough maintenance and catch any overlooked issues, bring your jewelry in for inspection every six months. This proactive step not only saves time and money but also prevents loose gemstones from falling out unnoticed.
